Nearly a century at 615 Broadway.
The building was developed in 1926 by John D. Spreckels, one of San Diego's most influential developers, and was designated historic in 1983. It later became the On Broadway nightclub and closed in 2012.
Carlos Becerra transformed it into Parq, keeping the original 1920s details such as the crown molding and the bank's vault doors.
